Privacy Statement
Les Cabanes des Dolimarts SA (“Les Cabanes des Dolimarts”) processes personal data in accordance with this privacy statement and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation EU 2016/679) (“the GDPR”).
Purposes and basis of the processing
Les Cabanes des Dolimarts collects and processes personal data with a view to executing the accommodation services agreed with its clients and/or in order to respond to persons who contact Les Cabanes des Dolimarts to obtain information about its accommodation offer.
The processing of data is done under the following provisions of the GDPR:
6.1, b): processing necessary for the performance of a contract or for pre-contractual requests,
6.1, c): processing necessary to comply with legal obligations,
6.1, f): processing necessary for the defence of our legitimate interests.
Transmission to third parties
If necessary to achieve the stated objectives, the customer’s personal data will be shared within the European Economic Area with third party partners of Les Cabanes des Dolimarts.
Les Cabanes des Dolimarts guarantees that these third parties will take the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.
Retention period
Personal data processed for customer management purposes will be kept for the period of time necessary to meet legal requirements (including accounting requirements).
Right to access, rectify, delete, limit, oppose and transmit personal data
The persons whose personal data are processed by the Cabanes de Rensiwez have the following rights:

– right to (have) their data corrected if they are incorrect or incomplete,
– right to have them deleted, to limit the processing and/or to object to the processing of their data, under the conditions referred to in Articles 17, 18 and 21 of the GDPR.

Complaint
Persons whose personal data are processed have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, email: contact@apd-gba.be).
